FIELD: blasting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of high-safety blasting means, namely, to low-voltage bridge electric detonators, and can be used as a small-sized initiation means during blasting operations. The detonating apparatus comprises a body 1 with an insert 2 installed therein with an explosive charge made in the form of hitches: an output hitch 3, an intermediate hitch 5 and an initiating hitch 6 coupled with the initiator 7. The body is made in the form of a shell with an insert 2 made in the form of a socket made of a material with a high acoustic impedance. The bottom of the socket is in contact with the output hitch 3 of the explosive charge, equipped with a reinforcing hitch 4 made of high-density energy-saturated metal complexes (NCP), located between the output hitch 3 and the intermediate hitch 4 of the explosive charge, made of low-density energy-saturated metal complexes (NCP) of and coupled with the initiating hitch 6 of the explosive charge, located inside the initiator 7. The height of the bottom of the insert 2 along the axis is determined from the ratio h=(0.020 to 0.025)d, wherein d is the inner diameter of the insert, mm. The total height of the reinforcing 4 and intermediate 5 hitches is determined from the ratio L=(44 to 46)/d, wherein d is the inner diameter of the insert, mm. The insert 2 is made of metal. The initiator 7 is made in the form of a low-voltage initiating apparatus. The output hitch 3 of the explosive is made of a high explosive - PETN. The intermediate hitch 5 of the explosive is made of a low-density energy-saturated metal complex (NCP). The reinforcing hitch 4 of the explosive is made of a high-density energy-saturated metal complex (NCP). The initiating hitch 6 of the explosive is made of a high-density energy-saturated metal complex (NCP).
EFFECT: increase in the initiating capability, increase in the speed of the detonating apparatus.
