FIELD: hydrotechnical construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hydrotechnical construction in the cryolithozone and can be used in the construction of reservoirs, pools, etc. for the storage of non-freezing liquids, in particular, when installing an effective permafrost preservation system in the base. The expected result is achieved by the fact that the conservation system includes a tank on a permafrost base, cooling pipes and channels, as well as a filling layer, while the tank is a set of separate independent sections, the temperature stability and reliability of which are ensured during the operation of sections of the freezing air system due to the fact that the tank is located on a layer of artificial soil filling, in which cooling pipes and channels are laid, supplying winter cold air to the surface of the permafrost base, moreover, the winter air supply channels are located in the middle part of each section or along the outer perimeter of the tank or in the gap between the sections.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability and operational safety of the tank.
