FIELD: hydraulic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering and can be used in the construction of bank protection and mooring embankments, as well as dams, dams in permafrost. The structure includes, respectively, the body of the riprap embankment and the permafrost zone created in the central part of its profile, mating with the permafrost soils of the base and the coastal massif. The frozen zone, frozen during the construction period, and the frozen state of the structure as a whole are preserved in a frozen state by natural or forced cooling ventilation in the winter. The freezing of the permafrost zone and the conservation of the permafrost soils of its base in the frozen state are achieved by creating a porous medium with free pores in the massif of the embankment, capable of filtering cold air in the pore space. This becomes possible with the construction of an embankment of riprap with a given diameter of sufficiently strong stones in the complete absence of fine earth and other inclusions in the pores that impede air filtration. The outer side wall 5 is made of precast concrete elements in the process of layer-by-layer filling of the embankment. A heat-insulating layer 7 is laid on the surface of the embankment, protecting the air-permeable cooling element of the structure from negative thermal and moisture effects. The supply of cold air during the winter ventilation of the embankment is carried out with the help of a fan or in a natural way through the supply air duct 6. The exhaust (heated) air is removed through the exhaust air duct 6. Protection from snow and other negative influences is provided at the system inlets and outlets (eg snow, rain, dust, etc.).
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to substantially simplify the design of the bank protection structure without compromising the reliability of the proposed system.
