FIELD: clothing care.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for controlling a device for clothing care. The device for clothing care contains a steam chamber, a water pump and user actuating means for actuating the water pump for dosed water supply to the steam chamber. The method includes a stage of determination (101) of water consumption for the water pump after actuating user actuating means based on the previous duration of the “off” state (d_OFF), during which user actuating means were not previously actuated, the previous duration of the “on” state (d_ON), during which user actuating means were previously actuated. The method also includes a stage of actuation (102) of the water pump with the specified water consumption.
EFFECT: this solution allows for providing multiple high performance steam generation and providing uniform steam generation at each steam generation.
