FIELD: oil refining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a bifunctional hydrocracking catalyst that makes it possible to produce diesel fuel with improved low-temperature characteristics from heavy oil fractions. The catalyst of the second stage of hydrocracking includes platinum compounds and a zeolite-containing carrier. The catalyst contains, wt. %: Pt 0.3-0.6, the carrier the rest, and the carrier contains, wt. %: one-dimensional medium-porous zeolite ZSM-23 with MTT structure and silicate module SiO2/Al2O3 = 48 in an amount of 10.0-20.0; ultra-stable zeolite Y with silicate module SiO2/Al2O3 = 80 in the amount of 10.0–15.0; binder: γ-aluminum oxide – the rest. The catalyst has a specific surface area of at least 330 m2/g, a total pore volume of at least 0.60 cm3/g, while the volume of micropores is at least 0.015 cm3/g.
EFFECT: production of a catalyst having maximum activity in target cracking reactions of various hydrocarbons, hydrogenation of unsaturated and aromatic compounds, isomerization of n-paraffins occurring at the second stage of hydrocracking of vacuum gas oil, focused on the preferential production of low-hardening diesel fuel.
