FIELD: packaging and storage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cover for vessel intended for storage of drinks under pressure. Cover comprises side wall (3) extending around axis (Z), transverse wall (4) located at one end of side wall (3), dividing line (5) formed on side wall (3) to form retaining ring (301) that extends to free edge (304) and is internally coupled to locking ring (206) of neck (201) of container (2), and closure member (302) that is configured to releasably engage with the neck to allow opening or closing said container. Cover comprises an internal threaded structure located on the inner side of side wall (3) of closure element (302), for engaging engagement with the outer threaded structure of neck (201) and for detachable connection of closure member (302) to neck (201) of container (2). Internal threaded structure (305) extends spirally around said axis (Z) and comprises at least two gas outlet grooves (306) that extend axially and interrupt internal threaded structure (305), thus forming first segments (307) located near transverse wall (4), and second segments (308), above which in axial direction said first segments (307) are arranged, wherein each of first segments (307) continuously extends an angular distance and at least one segment of second segments (308) is interrupted by gas outlet passage (309) to facilitate pressure release.

EFFECT: efficient release of pressurized gas while still maintaining the force with which the cover is held in connection with the neck.
