FIELD: lifting equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structures for lifting equipment. A modular assembly of a steel structure for lifting equipment consists of a lifting system, to which lower parts of vertically connected racks interconnected by cross beams are attached, with a leveling lifting system consisting of lifting plates fixed in a concrete recess. There is a structural alignment system containing an adjustment screw, an adjustment bearing nut and a safety nut, where the adjustment screw passes through a hole in a lifting plate welded to the lower part of the lowest structure rack (1). Vertical connections of individual racks (1), having on the inner side at both ends a set of holes located relatively to each other at an angle of 90 degrees, are made using internal connecting parts with fixed nuts fixed through a series of holes with hexagon head screws with safety washers, which are highly resistant to spontaneous weakening due to vibrations. The connection of a cross beam and rack (1), equipped with fixed built-in nuts, namely a screw connection, is made in the front part of the cross beam, closed by a plate, through oval holes on the inner side of the structure using hexagon head screws supported by safety washers with high resistance to spontaneous weakening due to vibrations. Connections are also equipped with mechanical protection using safety plates attached with hexagon head screws to fixed nuts.
EFFECT: invention simplifies and reduces the cost of manufacturing and installation of a steel structure assembly.
