SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heating means for obtaining hot or overheated water used for fire extinguishing, liquidation of natural and man-made emergencies, carrying out emergency rescue operations, in housing and communal services, for household needs. A multifunctional fire extinguishing and water supply installation contains at least one water tank, an overheated water generator with a burner device and an exhaust pipe, a pipeline equipped with a nozzle for supplying overheated water to the combustion zone, safety and shut-off valves, instruments for measuring water parameters for and ensuring automatic operation of the installation in various modes. Wherein the unit is equipped with a unit operation control unit and a burner unit operation control unit. Also, a multifunctional fire extinguishing and water supply installation is equipped with a tank for chemicals with pipeline sections for supplying chemicals.

EFFECT: automation of the operation of the installation for fire extinguishing and water supply, in any set operating modes.
