SUBSTANCE: first access network device installs the first data radio bearer (hereinafter – DRB) and the second DRB; the first access network device receives transmitted data packages from the second access network device; the first access network device binds to the first DRB the data package in transmitted data packages that contains a stream absence identifier, while the first DRB corresponds to DRB of the second access network device; and the first access network device binds to the second DRB based on the second binding relation the data package in transmitted data packages that includes a stream identifier, while the second binding relation is a binding relation between the stream and DRB in the first access network device.
