FIELD: radio communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio communication, in particular to a technology of data transmission in a duplication mode in CU-DU architecture. Options of implementation of the present invention provide for a method for data transmission in a duplication mode in centralized unit-distributed unit (hereinafter – CU-DU) architecture. In possible implementation, during the establishment of a user plane tunnel between CU and DU, by means of exchange of information about end points of an uplink tunnel and information about end points of a downlink tunnel, DU provides a main tract identifier of at least two logical channels corresponding to a data transmission radio channel to CU, thereby implementing a duplication mode of the data transmission radio channel.
EFFECT: prevention of violation of data transmission between CU and DU, even if an activated duplication mode is deactivated.
