SUBSTANCE: in a terminal device, there are: a higher-level processing unit for receiving the first information and the second information; and a receiver for receiving a block including the first signal, the second signal, the third signal and a physical broadcast channel, wherein the first information includes information for indicating the frequency of one or more blocks, the second information includes information for indicating time positions of one or more blocks included in a certain period of time, the first and the second signals determine a cell identifier, and the third signal determines a block index.
EFFECT: effective communication between the base station and the terminal device.
