FIELD: audio signal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for processing an audio signal and an audio signal processing device. The audio signal processing method contains the stages at which: an audio signal is received; pulse response data that were measured in a predetermined space before receiving the audio signal are received; an early reflected sound control signal is formed by convolving the pulse response data of the early reflected sound among the received pulse response data into the received audio signal; a reverberation control signal that does not include direct sound is formed by convolving the data of the pulse characteristic of the reverberating sound among the received pulse characteristic data into the received audio signal; the first signal processing over the control signal of the early reflected sound is performed; the second signal processing, different from the first signal processing, over the reverberation control signal is performed; the reverberation control signal that has undergone the second signal processing to at least one first loudspeaker is output; and the early reflected sound control signal that has passed the first signal processing is only output to at least one second loudspeaker.
EFFECT: ensuring the best spatial expansion of sound and the quality of the sound image.
