FIELD: electric vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: cooling agents are proposed for cooling systems in electrically powered vehicles equipped with fuel cells and/or rechargeable batteries, especially preferably in passenger cars and trucks (so-called small and heavy-duty vehicles), wherein the specified cooling agents are based on alkylene glycols or their derivatives and, for more effective corrosion protection, in addition to special azole derivatives, additionally contain corrosion inhibitors. A cooling composition with the maximum electrical conductivity of 50 mcSm/cm for cooling systems includes (a) from 10 to 90% by wt. of at least one alkylene glycol or its derivatives selected from monoethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, tetraethylene glycol and their mixtures, monopropylene glycol, dipropylene glycol and their mixtures, and polyglycols, (b) from 90 to 10% by wt. of ion-free water selected from distilled water, (c) from 0.005 to 5% by wt. of azole derivatives selected from benzotriazole and tolyltriazole, wherein it additionally contains (d) from 0.05 to 5% by wt. of at least one of compounds of the general formula (VI), as well as the general formula (VII), in which R2 is alkyl or alkenyl residue with 8-22 carbon atoms, R3 is alkyl or alkenyl residue with 6-10 carbon atoms, n is a positive integer from 10 to 60, p and q, respectively, independently of each other, are a positive integer from 1 to 40, each Xi is a structural unit, which, in the case of i, which is a number from 1 to n, from 1 to p and from 1 to q, respectively, is independently selected from a group consisting of -CH2-CH2-O-, wherein the sum of all components is 100% by wt.
EFFECT: obtaining cooling agents for cooling systems of electric vehicles.
