SUBSTANCE: method for assessing a biological sample in fluid containing a mixing component in a container, which is a dosing tip made with the possibility of aspiration of fluid, includes: capturing an image of at least part of the container using an image capture device, wherein at least part of fluid is captured in the image; obtaining a set of color parameters of at least part of the image using at least one computing device; and generating a sample classification result for fluid contained in the container based on the set of color parameters; wherein, based on color parameters, the mixing component is divided into at least two segments, each segment has at least two concentration values with separate classification labels for each concentration value; wherein the result of the sample classification is based on the classification label.

EFFECT: providing an effective and accurate method for quantifying at least one mixing component in fluid.
