FIELD: plant growing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of plant growing. The method consists in sequential analysis of the absorption spectra of an alcoholic extract of the herb Mansoa alliacea (Lam.), Obtained by extraction with an aqueous-alcoholic solution with an alcohol concentration of 70% at an extraction time of 30-50 minutes. The extraction is carried out under the influence of an electric voltage with a power of 5 V and a frequency of 3000 Hz and the subsequent carrying out of the complexation reaction with a solution of aluminum chloride in the presence of diluted hydrochloric acid. In this case, the absorption spectrum exhibits an absorption maximum at wavelengths of 280±2 nm; 379±2nm and 438±2 nm; plateau at a wavelength of 302±2 nm. The concentration of the diluted hydrochloric acid can be 8%.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the resolution of the method.
