SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in rooted micro-plants in the period from the beginning of August to February, with a periodicity of 1-1.5 months, the roots and leaves that have formed and are beginning to die off are completely removed, and they are planted repeatedly and differentially on nutrient media containing auxin, taking into account the diameter of the bud. This makes it possible to completely eliminate the loss of material in an unfavorable period for adaptation and significantly align the parameters of plant development by the time of planting under non-sterile conditions. The material accumulated in this way is planted starting from April in a greenhouse with the use of upper fine-dispersed irrigation or temporary film shelter to maintain high humidity. As a substrate, pre-moistened peat or peat-sand mixture is used without any temperature treatment.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of growing adapted strawberry micro-plants by preserving the viability of growth points during additional transplants of plant material to fresh portions of the nutrient medium.
