SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. The invention is a method for adapting Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni microclones to ex vitro conditions. In a method that includes in vitro propagation, rooting on a nutrient medium, adaptation of microclones to ex vitro conditions, adaptation of microclones, is carried out at the stage of their rooting in vitro in a culture vessel for 10±2 days with the application of a silicone solution from the Dragon series to the nutrient medium. Skin 10 NV with a layer of 2-3 mm, after which they are transferred to the soil substrate for further growth.
EFFECT: invention will make it possible to exclude the stage of rearing microclones before their transplantation into the soil substrate.
