In a method that includes in vitro propagation, rooting on a nutrient medium, adaptation of microclones to ex vitro conditions, adaptation of microclones, is carried out at the stage of their rooting in vitro in a culture vessel for 10±2 days with the application of a silicone solution from the Dragon series to the nutrient medium.
