FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular to a method of producing drinking water, which can be used as a product of increased biological value, acting as an additional source of silicon, succinic acid and potassium. Method involves mixing drinking artesian water with a water saturation source with silicon, infusing and filtering the obtained solution. Silicon source used is natural flint stones, infusion is carried out for 72–100 hours at 1.8–2.3 g of flint stone per 1 dm3 of artesian water. After filtering the obtained solution, additional addition of potassium succinate to the filtrate is carried out in amount of 0.20–0.25 g per 1 l of the filtrate. Obtained solution is stirred for 5–7 minutes, settled for 50–60 minutes and filtered.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain drinking water with a pleasant taste, having an adaptogenic, antistress, general health effect on the body.
