FIELD: tape application.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a tape application device. Tape application device (1) contains pipe holder (9), roll holding element (11), guiding means (35) for directing tape (3) from inner side (7a) of roll (7) to outer side of pipe (5) and displacing means for the rotation around an imaginary axis and shifting in the direction of the imaginary axis of the pipe holder, the roll holding element and the guiding means relatively to each other, so that the tape is pulled off the inner side of the roll and spirally wound on the outer side of the pipe. Roll holding element (11) contains support means (26) supporting the roll only from the outside, while the support means is formed by cup suckers (27). Guiding means (35) is formed by elastic spiral guide line (37) of the tape, which, during operation, elastically press with one end (37a) to inner side (7a) of roll (7), and with another end (7b), it is located near pipe (5).

EFFECT: simplification of the tape application device with simultaneous increase in the speed of capturing and winding the tape.
