SUBSTANCE: proposed reading device is based on semiconductor substrate and includes matrix of input devices, multioutput shift register with series input, first, second and additional control buses, multiplexer. Each line of matrix of input devices has first and second MIS transistors, first and second line control buses. Each column of matrix of input devices has column reading bus and each input device incorporates capacitor and MIS transistor. In this case connection of sources of second MIS transistor with period of four cells of multioutput shift register with series input changes. For first two outputs of multioutput shift register with series input sources of second MIS transistor are connected to second control bus, for third and fourth outputs of multioutput shift register with series input sources of second MIS transistor are connected to additional control bus.
