FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: spectrometers include integral conductance-type detectors, whereby an integral conductance-type detector integrates ion current from the collector generating variable voltage. The detector comprises of a collector, configured to receive ions in the spectrometer, a dielectric and a plate, covering the collector on the opposite side of the dielectric. The detector also includes an amplifier. A conductance-type detector with displacement is proposed.

EFFECT: possibility of expanding dynamic range and noise reduction.
