FIELD: powdered extracts producing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for producing powdered extracts from grape snails. The method includes the following stages: preparatory, during which the snail placed in the cage is provided with flour and water for 3-5 days, after which the snail is provided with only water for 5 days, keeping at a temperature of 19-22°С. Then the prepared snail is mechanically removed from the shell and placed in a homogenizer, to which water is added in an amount of 30% of the snails mass. After that, the homogeneous and homogeneous snail mass is dried and then sterilized.
EFFECT: invention improves the efficiency and manufacturability of the process of obtaining the extract, reducing the time and energy consumption when obtaining a powdered extract of high quality.
