SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, in particular to external skeletal fixation devices with electromechanical drives, to devices used in traumatology and orthopaedics for automatic graduated movement of bone fragments. Disclosed is a system for implementing the method, which serves to control the process of distraction osteosynthesis based on feedback with distraction efforts of a transosseous compression-distraction apparatus with automatic displacement units, comprising a processor control unit, which sends commands to the displacement units in accordance with the treatment program specified by the doctor and recording in its memory the course of distraction in time in the form of a distraction force on each displacement unit, coming from the force sensor of the unit, and reflecting the course of distraction in the form of a graph on a personal computer display, characterized in that the control unit is designed to generate a graph of the change in distraction forces in time, determine the tangent of the angle of the tangent of the measurement point at a given moment in time to the abscissa line and by comparing the angle of inclination with the given limit values, generating control commands to displacement units in accordance with a given algorithm of the optimal rate of distraction.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides control of the process of distraction osteosynthesis based on feedback with distraction forces in an automated transosseous compression-distraction apparatus.
