SUBSTANCE: disposable diaper includes an absorbent component disposed between the liquid-permeable topsheet and the liquid-impermeable backsheet; an end valve portion formed on each side of the absorbent component, defined in the forward-backward direction, and a portion with lotion extending in the forward-backward direction at a predetermined interval in the width direction on the surface of the upper sheet side facing the body, wherein the part with the lotion is located in the part intermediate in the forward-backward direction, between the part which is located on the ventral side, which is 20–45% of the length of the upper sheet in the forward-backward direction, from the end of the upper sheet, which is located on the ventral side, and a part which is located on the dorsal side, making 10–35% of the length of the upper sheet in the forward-backward direction, from the end of the upper sheet, which is located on the dorsal side.
EFFECT: task is to provide a disposable diaper, which provides the possibility of moistening the skin of the wearer and correspondingly maintaining the strength of the adhesion of the end valve portion.
