SUBSTANCE: attachment device for skull bones is proposed for temporary attaching two sections of skull bones to a main case of a positioning device to orient two sections of skull bones relatively to each other, with a section of a fixing element in the form of a pin and an opposite section. The section of the fixing element is made with the possibility of contacting two sections of skull bones on one side, interacting with the opposite section located at the other side of two sections of skull bones, to fix them on the main case of the positioning device. The section of the fixing element and the opposite section are not connected during the installation and unpinning. The section of the fixing element has a pin having such a size that to continue from one side of sections of skull bones to the other side of sections of skull bones in a fixed state. The section of the fixing element and the opposite section, each, contain a gripping area protruding outward in the direction from the corresponding other area to grip the section of the fixing element and the opposite section.

EFFECT: invention provides for the reduction in the operation time and its simplification.
