FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to a positioning device for two skull bone sections, its production method, and a system for positioning of two skull bone sections. The main case of the positioning device is created according to a patient’s skull model. The skull model is compared with an averaged shape, taking into account patient’s individual data, a deformed part of the skull model is determined, which deviates from the averaged shape for a predetermined value, a corrected skull model is created by replacement of the deformed part of the skull model with the corresponding part of the averaged shape, and the main case is created, corresponding to the corrected skull model. The main case contains a bearing structure of intersecting lines. The system includes a positioning device and a fastener for skull bones for temporary fixation of two skull bone sections to the main case of the positioning device.
EFFECT: optimal adaptation of a positioning device to the patient’s skull and significant simplification of modeling of skull bones.
