FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. An implant applicable in an anterior spinal column consists of a body and a positioning device. The body is configured as a perforated sleeve. The body comprises in-growth holes and at least one anchor element and teeth on a front end of the body surface. A body wall has at least one manipulation through hole and at least one positioning hole working in coordination with the first one; long axes of the manipulation hole and positioning hole are parallel to the long axis of the body. A positioning device is integrated into the body and moves inside the body. The positioning device has in-growth holes and at least one positioning element mounted in at least one positioning hole of the body and blocking movement of the positioning device inside the body. The positioning device is provided with at least one hole which makes it possible to attach an installation instrument or a stabiliser plate. A manipulation hole length of the body is equal to a distance between extreme points of the positioning device adjoining the manipulation hole from the inside. A method for implanting the above implant into an anterior spinal column, according to which surgical preparation of a disk space is followed by measuring a distance between the end plates of an adjoining spine to choose the implant of an adequate height provided the implant height with the anchor element is at least equal to the distance between the end plates of the adjoining spine. The implant selected taking into account biomechanical and size aspects is installed on the installation instrument and filled with a material providing bone stabilisation, and placed into the disk space with the use of the installation instrument and guide instrument provided with a slide segment. Finally, the installation instrument is detached from the implant. The implant is installed on the installation instrument through the hole of the positioning device which adjoins the manipulation hole from the inner side inside the sleeve. The guide instrument is placed into the disk space when a support surface of the working element rests against an outer surface of the spinal body; the anchor element of the guide instrument is inserted into this spinal body. The installation instrument with the installed implant is inserted into the disk space with the anchor elements arranged on the front end of the sleeve and resting from one side against the end plate of the spine from the side opposite the spine, from which the guide instrument is placed. Turning the guide instrument enables placing the implant into the disk space deeply, along at least one guide of the guide instrument working in coordination with at least one pair of opposite guides formed in the implant sleeve, simultaneously with distraction of the disk space with the use of the guide instrument, wherein a support and rotation point is positioned on the anchor elements arranged on the front end of the sleeve and inserted into the end plate of the spinal body. Keeping the implant in this position by means of the installation instrument, the guide instrument is removed from the disk space.
EFFECT: inventions provide simplifying the structure and reducing the length of surgery.
