SUBSTANCE: activedrainage (BAA) sorbent is applied to the bleeding defect with an activated platelet-enriched autoplasm of the patient. Aniline is used as the sorbent BAA. And first, a pneumo-insufflator is used to apply powdered aniline to the bleeding defect in an amount of 0.3-0.5 g from a distance of 1.5-2 cm from the defect. Then, the activated platelet-enriched autoplasma of the patient in an amount of 0.7-1.0 ml is applied from a distance of 1.0-1.5 cm to the defect covered with granulated BAA sorbent, through the endoscopic catheter with a syringe. To obtain platelet-enriched plasma, the blood is divided into three fractions by centrifugation at 1800 rpm for 8 minutes and the middle fraction is selected. Activation of platelet-enriched plasma is performed before it is applied to the defect by adding a solution containing 10 ml of 10% calcium chloride solution and 500 units of thrombin.

EFFECT: strengthening and increasing the reliability of hemostasis, reduced risk of bleeding recurrence, reduced duration of treatment for stomach and duodenum defects, reduced number of emergency operations at the height of bleeding.
