SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a web for reinforcing structures, such as roads or road surfaces, having width W2 in a transverse direction. The web contains a base. The web also contains reinforcing elements passing along the web width and attached or connected to the base. The base has width W1 that is less than width W2 of the web, so reinforcing elements protrude from the base. Adjacent webs are overlapped, which gives the possibility of excluding a two-layer base. When reconstructing a road surface, a binder layer is applied, then a roll of the first web is laid so that reinforcing elements protrude from the web base from the opposite side of a longitudinal road side, forming a longitudinal zone without the base, then a roll of the second web is unwound and laid on the binder layer so that its base or protruding reinforcing elements overlap the longitudinal zone of the first web without the base.
EFFECT: obtaining a web for reinforcing structures.
