FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinding of parts of titanium alloys and can be used for grinding of turbomachine parts as well as preparation for ion-implantation modification of part surface and application of protective ion-plasma coatings. Proposed method comprises dipping of the part in electrolyte. Vapour-gas shell is formed around part surface to fire the discharge between the part and electrolyte This is performed by feeding the electric potential of 25-320 V at 70°C-90°C Aqueous solution is used as said electrolyte containing 4-6 wt % of muriatic hydroxylamine and 0.7-0.8 wt % of NaF or KF.

EFFECT: reliable and high-quality grinding.
