FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of manufacturing composite materials, namely to three-layer honeycomb structures used in the aerospace industry for the manufacture of various components of aircraft and heat shields of aircraft. The heat-resistant three-layer honeycomb structure consists of a honeycomb filler and sheaths attached to the end surfaces of the honeycomb filler with a polymer binder. The honeycomb filler is made of quartz fiberglass TK-3 impregnated with polyimide binder SP-97K, modified meta carborane D-m-18 in an amount of 5.0 wt. %, and organosilicon binder MFSS-8. The sheaths are made of quartz fiberglass TS-8/3-K-TO, impregnated with inorganic binder FOSCON 351 with the addition of micro-grinding powder of synthetic corundum 25 AF1200 in the amount of 35 wt. %, respectively. The filler and sheaths are connected by a polymer binder FOSCON 351 with the addition of micro-grinding powder of synthetic corundum 25AF 1200 in an amount of 40-60 wt. %, respectively.
EFFECT: strength of the structure during operation increases.
