FIELD: composite materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of composite materials, namely to three-layer honeycomb structures used for the manufacture of various components of aircraft and heat shields of aircraft. The radio-transparent heat-resistant honeycomb three-layer structure consists of a honeycomb filler made of SSPC-500-3.5P fiberglass honeycomb based on TK-3 quartz fiberglass impregnated with a polyimide binder SP-97K modified with D-m-18 meta-carborane in an amount of (3.0-7 .0) % wt. The fiberglass is coated with an organosilicon binder MFSS-8. The skins are made of TS-8/3-K-TO quartz fiberglass fabric impregnated with an inorganic binder FOSCON 351 with the addition of microgrinding powder electrocorundum 25 AF1200 in an amount of (30-40) wt %, which are connected to the end surfaces of the honeycomb filler with an inorganic binder FOSCON 351 with adding microgrinding powder of electrocorundum 25 AF1200 in the amount of (40-60)% wt. Thermal insulation material TZMK-10M is pressed into the honeycomb core cells.

EFFECT: increase to 600°C operating temperature with high radio performance.
