SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines. The internal combustion engine (100) includes a cooling liquid circuit (106-1, 106-2) connected with the cylinder head (102) and/or the cylinder unit (104) of the internal combustion engine (100), or configured for such connection. An engaging cooling liquid pump (108) is provided, including a drive shaft (112) and configured to ensure circulation of the cooling liquid (114) in the cooling liquid circuit (106-1, 106-2). A viscous coupling (120) is installed to be actuated by a drive (122) from the internal combustion engine (100) or is configured such installation. The viscous coupling (120) includes a dilatant fluid (124) for transmitting torque and an output side connected with the drive shaft (112) of the cooling liquid pump (108). The drive shaft (112) of the cooling liquid pump (108) includes at least one heat tube (130) in heat exchange with the dilatant fluid (124) as a heat source and with the cooling liquid (114) as a cooler, or configured for heat exchange. Disclosed is a vehicle, in particular, a utility vehicle, with an internal combustion engine (100).
EFFECT: improved controllability of the viscous coupling without a reduction in the operating life thereof and ensured constant temperature of the dilatant fluid regardless of the mechanical load on the viscous coupling and the ambient temperature.
