FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of wireless communication networks, namely to industrial wireless device networks that connect a variety of industrial wireless devices with a monitoring and control application. The network uses wireless repeater nodes that act as dedicated proxies for the wireless devices they are connected to in the network. In this case, the relay node, a specific, predefined sending node and a specific, predefined receiving node form an active routing path from among the routing paths, which is available for relaying data from an industrial wireless device in such a way that data is relayed between this industrial wireless device and the network gateway only along the active routing path until the active routing path becomes unavailable.
EFFECT: enabling the deployment of relay nodes in a parallel layout in such a way as to provide simple scaling, redundancy and balancing of the load.
