Simultaneous reduction in the amount of CD3+ and Ki-67+ cells by 2 times or more compared to the control group is therein a criterion for the effective antipsoriatic effect of the agent.

EFFECT: present invention provides a possibility of increasing the accuracy, reliability, efficiency and reproducibility of studies of the skin of patients with plaque psoriasis, and has a simplified technique with a reduced cost of implementation thereof compared to previously known techniques.
