SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatovenereology, and can be used to determine the stage of mycosis fungoidea. Essence of the method: the patient undergoes a skin biopsy in the lesion, then immunohistochemical studies are performed using monoclonal antibodies CD3, CD4, CD8 and Ki67 by computer morphometry, then these parameters are averaged and the total specific significance of the immunopositivity of said monoclonal antibodies is calculated by the formula: F=0.75⋅X1+1.9⋅X2+2.99⋅X3+10.53⋅X4+0.22, where F is the total specific significance of immunopositivity of monoclonal antibodies CD3, CD4, CD8 and Ki67; X1 – the average value of the volume fraction of the positive color of CD3; X2 – the average value of the volume fraction of the positive color of CD4; X3 – the average value of the volume fraction of the positive color of CD8; X4 – the average value of the volume fraction of positive color Ki67; 0.75; 1.9; 2.99; 10.53 and 0.22 are correction factors. At the F value of 0.220 to 1.969, the early I-IIA stages are diagnosed, and at the F value of 1.970 to 4.973 – late IIB-III stages of mycosis fungoidea.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the objectivity and accuracy of diagnosing the stage of mycosis fungoidea.
