METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF RECURRENT ENDOMETRIOID OVARIAN CYSTS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2694882 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used for prediction of risk of recurrence of endometrioid ovarian cysts. For this purpose, endometrioid ovarian cyst capsules of females are determine expression of oestradiol receptors ER, if ER 2 points or more, additionally, the index of proliferative activity of glandular tissue Ki67 is determined, and if Ki67 glands are 24.5 % and more, recurrent endometrioid ovarian cysts are predicted.

EFFECT: method enables high-accuracy prediction of recurrence of the disease long before clinical signs with high sensitivity and specificity.
