SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely implanting devices for positioning an object under the patient’s skin. Implanting device (2) for positioning object (4A; 4B) under the patient’s skin has case (16), cannula holder (22) made with the possibility of moving, cannula (10) for receiving implanted object (4A; 4B), and a rod (32) made with the possibility of fixing relatively to case (16), wherein cannula (10) has the possibility of moving from the first piercing position to the first inserted position to lay first object (4A), and cannula (10) has the possibility of moving together with rod (32) to the second piercing position and to the second inserted position to lay second object (4B). Cannula holder (22) for moving to the second piercing position is made with the possibility of fixing on first case part (18), which is rigidly connected to distal end (34) of rod (32), and is held with the possibility of moving to second case part (20) forming case outlet (14).
