FIELD: information protection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a protective element for valuable documents, which primarily combines two tilt effects. According to the invention, the protective element consists of two different embossed structures that are located in two adjacent areas, while the first embossed structures are at least partially made by metallographic printing with ink transfer, and they represent the first information essentially regardless of an angle of viewing or inclination in at least one plane, and the second embossed structures in a given range of angles of viewing or inclination represent the second information, wherein, at the viewing angle located in this range, information of the first embossed structures and information of the second embossed structures together constitute general information, wherein the second embossed structures consist of at least two side surfaces converging at least at one angle, wherein in a partial area, the side surface of the second embossed structures has an additional embossed structure superimposed on the side surface or inserted into the side surface of embossed structures, and the geometry of the additional embossed structure is made essentially inversely to the geometry of the side surface of the embossed structure, on which the additional embossed structure is superimposed or inserted, wherein the second embossed structures outside the specified range of angles of viewing or inclination demonstrate the third information different from the first and the second information.
