SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring technology and is intended to determine the angle of inclination of objects. The method consists in measuring the time interval from the moment of applying constant voltage applied to the cylindrical cup and the thread on which the cylindrical load is suspended, until the load touches the wall of the cup mounted on the object, while the cup, thread and load are made of electrically conductive or semi-conductive materials, the suspension point of the thread is electrically isolated from the glass and lies on its axis, and the load is immersed in a dielectric liquid. After that, the value of the angle of inclination of the object is calculated using the formula: where d is the gap between the load and the inner wall of the cup, is the length of the thread with the load, is the measured time of movement of the load to the inner wall of the cup, is the electrical constant, is the permittivity of the liquid, S is the pulling area, is the electrical voltage applied between the load and the cup, is the weight of the load.

EFFECT: determination of the value of the angle of inclination of the object.
