FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical industry and can be used in means of identifying and confirming the authenticity of documents. The composition comprises 1 to 35 wt.% of magnetic particles with a median size of 10 to 30 mcm and reflective particles with a median size of 1 to 9 mcm with a lightness value of at least 10 units greater than that in magnetic particles. The magnetic particles may include at least one layer selected from a dielectric, absorbing and reflecting layer with a high reflection coefficient and magnetic properties. The magnetic particles may also additionally comprise a magnetic layer different from the reflective one, or a coloured material. The reflective particles may include a reflective layer with a high reflection coefficient and magnetic properties, as well as a reflective, magnetic, dielectric, and, optionally, absorbing layer. The composition may additionally comprise a liquid medium and constitutes ink, a coating, varnish, paint, or a colouring agent. In order to produce the composition, said magnetic and reflective particles are mixed in a liquid medium.
EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of eliminating the granularity effect and increasing the brightness.
