SUBSTANCE: invention concerns a construction machine. The construction machine has at least one container for material, which can be rearranged for unloading by means of at least one hydraulic actuator (40). The necessary supply pressure for actuating the actuator can be provided by a hydraulic circulation circuit of the construction machine, and the supply pressure can be limited to the limit pressure by at least one pressure limiting device (80). The construction machine includes weighing system (20) for the determination of the current loading weight of the container for material, and a control unit is provided for the hydraulic circulation circuit, which, depending on a certain loading weight, adjusts the limit pressure of pressure limiting device (80). The pressure limiting device includes at least one pre-controlled pressure limiting valve (80) connected to a pressure supply line of the actuator, the opening pressure of which can be set by control unit (10), electrically and/or hydraulically to the corresponding limit pressure.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of adjusting the current state of the weight load.
