FIELD: material delivery machines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to movable material delivery machines and, in particular, is intended for automated cleaning of return material from a tipping body of a delivery machine. The system for removing returnable material from the tipping body (44) of a mining truck (40) contains a cleaning device (17, 70), a controller (116) configured to determine the spatial location of the tipping body (44), the spatial location of the cleaning device, the trajectory cleaners (17, 70) to remove the return material from the inner surface of the tipping body based on the return material card. A method for removing returnable material from a tipping body of a mining truck includes providing access to a return material card on the inner surface of the tipping body, determining the spatial location of the tipping body, cleaning devices, and determining the trajectory of the cleaning device for removing returnable material from the inner surface of the tipping body based on the return material card, the spatial arrangement of the tipping body and the spatial arrangement of the cleaning device, and generating command signals to move the cleaning device along a path to perform a cleaning operation on the inner surface of the tipping body (44).
EFFECT: invention provides optimization of productivity at the work site and maximization of the amount of material to be moved.
