FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely dentistry, functional diagnostics, and can be used to assess the functional state of microhemocirculation of periodontal tissues. To do this, high-frequency ultrasound dopplerography with functional tension analysis is performed, where the linear velocity of blood flow of periodontal tissue vessels is used as an indicator of microhemocirculation. First, the initial indicator (Vas1) is determined, 1 minute after the application of OptraGate in the oral cavity (Vas2) and 1 minute after the removal of OptraGate (Vas3). With the ratio Vas1<Vas2>Vas3, the functional state of the periodontal vessels is assessed as normal. With the ratio Vas1<Vas2≤Vas3, as compensated. With the ratio Vas1>Vas2<Vas3, as subcompensated. With the ratio Vas1> Vas2>Vas3, that is the decompensated state.
EFFECT: method provides prenosological diagnostics with high accuracy, which makes it possible to classify patients with anatomical and functional disorders of the mucogingival complex into separate groups, assess the degree of existing functional disorders and determine further treatment tactics.
