SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to isolation of rare cells from biological samples by filtration and to subsequent assay thereof. Disclosed is a method for non-invasive prenatal diagnostics of genetic diseases, including: (a) collection of a transcervical sample in the external pharynx of the endocervical canal — ectocervix, containing rare trophoblast cells in pregnant women; (b) immunolabelling and/or staining of cells with an alcyan blue solution; (c) isolation or concentration of rare trophoblast cells by passing the sample through a filter with a pore size, pore density, or thickness concentrating rare trophoblast cells; (d) genotyping of rare cells to identify trophoblast cells for further genetic assay thereof for the purpose of non-invasive prenatal diagnostics of genetic diseases. Also disclosed is a set for implementing said method.

EFFECT: group of inventions ensures isolation of cells by filtration, wherein rare cells are in a state suitable for multiple or even simultaneous analytical procedures.
