SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a mechanical appliance for oral care, a tracking module of the mechanical appliance for oral care, a mechanical system of the appliance for oral care, and a method for assembling the mechanical apparatus for oral care. The mechanical appliance for oral care comprises an upper external body containing an upper cavity with an open lower end. The upper external body forms the upper handle part of the mechanical appliance for oral care. The mechanical appliance for oral care additionally comprises an electronic unit mounted on the upper external body and at least partially located inside the upper cavity, as well as a tracking module containing: a lower external body detachably connected with the upper external body so that the open lower end of the upper cavity is inserted thereto, and forming the lower handle part of the mechanical appliance for oral care, and a tracking unit integrated into the lower external body and configured to facilitate tracking of at least one of: the position, orientation, or movement of the mechanical appliance for oral care in the oral cavity of the user. The tracking module additionally comprises multiple visual markers protruding from the outer surface of the lower external body.
