FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to equipment for production of composite reinforcement containing spiral winding, which is used for reinforcement of concrete structures and articles. In the composite reinforcement periodic profile forming unit, including the frame, coils, an electric drive, a shuttle device located above each of the coils for spiral winding of the reinforcement bearing rod, in the upper part of the frame coaxially to each other and coaxially with the flow of threads of the bearing reinforcement rod there are the first and the second horizontal coils with hollow cores. Each of the coils has its own disconnected drive. In the lower part of the frame there is a unit for arrangement of replaceable vertical roving bobbins under the first and second horizontal coils.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of the device, provision of possibility to fill coils from bobbin of standard format directly in process of operation without prolonged technological stops in process of production.
