SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food, chemical, perfume industry. A column microwave extractor, characterized by the fact that it contains a metal cylindrical chamber consisting of separate sections installed in height, each section is equipped with a heat exchange jacket into which the coolant is supplied, and a belt of magnetrons providing the effect of an electromagnetic microwave field, each magnetron is closed with a protective casing, bypass collectors that ensure the transfer of coolant from one section of the extractor to another, inside the metal cylindrical chamber there is a continuously rotating vertical shaft with perforated dielectric rotor plates fixed on it, which ensures the movement of the mixture of processed raw materials and extractant along a circular trajectory, the bottom of the metal cylindrical chamber of the extractor has overload windows that serve to move the mixture of raw materials and extractant between adjacent sections and to feed the mixture to separation mechanically using a screw with a variable pitch of turns located in a perforated housing, equipped with a jacket and a nozzle for removing the extract.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to intensify the extraction process, increase productivity by accelerating the process of dissolving the extractant in the feedstock by destroying its structure and intensifying the mixing of the feedstock and the extractant, as well as the possibility of mechanical separation of the extractant and waste meal.
