FIELD: extraction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment designed to carry out the extraction process under the influence of a microwave electromagnetic field. The double-drum microwave extractor includes a metal case and sources of microwave radiation, a hopper for loading feedstock equipped with devices for supplying a liquid extractant. A dielectric chamber is placed in a metal case, made in the form of two conical dielectric drums rotating in opposite directions, expanding in the movement direction of the processed feedstock comprising spiral guides and individual drives. The end sections of the outer dielectric drum are perforated to drain the liquid phase. Sources of microwave radiation are placed evenly in a checkerboard pattern along the metal case on three lines, the angle between which in the transverse plane of the chamber section is 120 degrees.
EFFECT: invention contributes to the intensification of the extraction process, increasing the productivity of the extractor due to the implementation of preliminary soaking and swelling of the feedstock before extraction, regulation of the operating mode of the apparatus, as well as the possibility of withdrawing an extract with a different phase composition.
