The extractor contains an external metal hopper with a lid, an extraction chamber with sources of ultrasonic radiation. Moreover, the extraction chamber is equipped with a heat exchange jacket and a belt-type mixer. In addition, the device for separating the extractant and the meal is made in the form of a sealed perforated housing with a jacket, toothed feed and toothed pressing rolls, and the device for controlling the degree of extraction of the meal is a screw shut-off valve.

EFFECT: intensified process of mass transfer during extraction, increased productivity, eliminated stagnant zones in the apparatus, reaching the required temperature regime for extraction, implementing the process under tightness conditions, controlling the degree of grinding of the raw materials, and changing the amount of extraction of the meal from the extract.
